Join artist Allise Noble, in learning about the benefits of the creative practice Neurographic Art. Neurographic Art was created by the psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014. Neurographic Art can help with self-awareness, meditation, and self-management skills. Piskarev calls it “a simple and accessible graphical language of describing the world and can be an amazing tool for dealing with stress, pain, trauma and other limitations of human life.” Participants will learn about the art form and its benefits as well as take part in the creative process and be able to take their own piece with them. All supplies included. This workshop is intended for teens & adults.

Free but you must register to participate to ensure we have enough supplies. If you've registered but cannot make it, please let us know so we can offer that spot to someone else.

Please consider donating so that we may offer more free workshops in the future!
